Diplomacy
Diplomacy is the practice of negotiating and managing relationships between states and other actors in the international system. It involves the use of communication, negotiation, and other diplomatic means to address disputes, advance national interests, and promote cooperation and understanding among nations. Diplomacy can take many forms, including the exchange of ambassadors, negotiations between representatives of states, and the use of international organizations and treaties to manage conflicts and promote cooperation.
